sent wrong part, wont answer the shipping refund.

customer service is pathetic. They need to be reported to BBB. Do Not buy from them. You pay a lot more for the same parts found on other well known sites that will gladly refund with shipping included.

Finally did get someone on the phone and as I tried to explain the issue he just hung up. Was told if the item shows "1 in stock, that means 0 in stock.

Seriously, So apparently they screw you into ordering a part they don't have then in the return process they screw you out of the shipping cost .Somebody shut the scammer down.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $131.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Being lied to, Return policy regarding shipping, Missing parts.

Sent the wrong part,admitted they did ,an no one wants to answer phone,an they have acted racist,an very unproffesional.
