So the part that parts geeks sent me (the radiator for 2005 jaguar s-type) did not work--it did not have the bottom and lower cooling hoses for the transmission--common from 2000- to 2008 When UI check with my buddy--Rick from Elite Jaguar in Sun Valley--he said they all have those hoses.Well, Ron from parts geek insisted --it was me that ordered the part--and they would take the return --but not pay for shipping.

and when they received the radiator back--they would work on shipping another radiator out. Maybe I would get it in about 10 days. Since this is the only car we have and use it for work--we had to pay quite a bit extra to get it fixed with the standard radiator from Jaguar.

Disappointing outcome.Hesitant to order another part from partsgeek.com on a scale from 1-10--I would give this experience a 3.

Review about: Car Radiator.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Them in the past.

I didn't like: That they sent me a part that was not the factory replacement.
