I was hesitant to purchase from Parts Geek, but decided to take a chance. I should have went with my gut.

They sent me two incorrect parts, and after about 15 emails & a phone call, they provided an RMA number to allow me to return it. THEY MADE ME PAY RETURN SHIPPING FOR THEIR MISTAKE, which was half the cost of my products! I still haven't received my refund! Incompetence with no accountability!

Will never ever use the company again, or recommend them. Tyler Potzler
