Yes . What a scam ! In order to get a cup on code for a.purchase you have to submit a positive review on their site!now every review on their website is suspect in my opinion. How the *** can I submit a review for a product I have not purchased? I don't even know if they have it in stock at the moment. what kind of *** is this ? This should be illegal!!!!!

Boy these idiots if they even tried to sell medical marijuana they would be be dead in 2 days... I saw where they advertised a 1999 Mercedes Benz grille for a E320 for $46.00. I tried to place the order but there site keep defaulting to some *** explanation page. So I sent in a ticket to ask about the E430 Grille, All parts guys know the E430 and E320 are the same grille. What I received was NOT what I ordered, it was wrong year model. Not only I had to pay to ship it back, they even charged me 15% as restocking fee as if they had the right to do it. I complained few times by email but they sure ignored all and no apology for time I wasted. Don't deal with CROOK. There are plenty of decent suppliers online and stay away from this one. Since this one is out of state, I will report it to Fair Trade Commission.... Read more

They sent me the wrong part for my truck. I verified it. I had to ship back at my own expense and when I told them it was their error they made up some BS and charged a 15% restock fee. I will NEVER by parts from Parts Geek AGAIN!!! I suggest you don't either Bill Rozinka

I ordered a part and wanted to have it shipped to my mechanic who had my car. The order went through and the next day I get an automated email that my order is on hold. I would not recommend this company to any person I like totally unreasonable rules did not like the way they do business total rip-off don’t like or understand their policies I am still waiting to get the correct part from them because of their *** rules I had to spend an extra 15.00 for shipping and wait over a month to finally get the correct part I paid for. I bought a turn signal switch for my car from the Parts Geek. After the switch had been installed a couple of weeks, it began malfunctioning. I contacted the Parts Geek to arrange a return. I had to buy a new switch to replace the defective switch. The Parts Geek shipped me a replacement part and charged me for it $64.80. Ordered a set of electronic running boards for my 2011 Tundra. I received the part very fast just a couple days and the price was right. When I started to install the part the first thing I noticed was the instructions were for two different vehicles merged...How do you even do that? Don't make the same mistake I did,don't buy anything from them.They take your money send the cheapest thing in the order and you never hear from them again.When I get done trying to help others here I am going to have to deal with the credit card company.I don't need that and neither do you. Sent me wrong color part. One shown was not the same. Told me to paint it the color I want. Never said needs to paint. Rip off.Everyone should also be aware that if you order a part and they mess up and send you the wrong part, to bad. They will not help you, your stuck with it.I have ordered parts from other sites and the part came just as ordered.
