Delivery exception is all i get. I am supposed to have gotten my order last night. Fed ex tracking says its damaged. Both fed ex and parts geek 1. Dont provide an email phone number or way to get hold of anyone 2. Horrible customer service, i am still waiting for info concerning my radiator. I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company and want a answer !!!

they sold me a part they said fit my vehicle I received the part did not work called the manufacturer they said they don't even make that part for my vehicle did everything Parts Geek Returns Dept said to do still have'nt got my money

I have sent several e-mails to talk to or find out if I order the wrong part. After major research you have the wrong part number listed on you website for the item I ordered. I am so tired of trying to resolve this issue that I finally order the right part from another supplier. I will not be using your web site again! I owned a business for over 40 years and have not run into a company that will not make a return phone call to resolve issues.... Read more

I agree with the other post - this company is not even worth one star. I ordered a part that was never delivered. The Fedex tracking said it was in another state with "no estimated delivery date". I couldn't reach their fake customer service because the number on their website put me on hold immediately with the message "if you want to talk to sales, stay on the line; if you want to talk to customer service, fill out the form." I ordered a fuel pump part for my 2004 Saturn and was returned in error by the post office. I can't contact the customer service office... the 800 # does not pick up, they keep you on hold and they request for you to fill out a service ticket but an email response is automated and I don't believe they even read their emails. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my entire life!!! I had a terrible experience!!! These people have NON-EXISTENT customer service!!!
