Worst experience ever! Part was sent damaged I had to pay to return item took multiple emails for my partial refund. Buyer beware!!!

I live in Philadelphia, 15 miles from PartsGeek in Marlton, NJ. Their price for the bumper cover I needed is very competitive, UNTIL you see the shipping cost ! $129.00 to ship it 15 miles ! Are they insane ! And they refuse to allow a pickup. Why? How different is it for me driving MY truck picking up at the loading dock ( everything pre-paid and I could show the receipt ) than say the Fed-Ex or UPS driver picking up? It would actually SAVE... I recently ordered 3 new NTK brand oxygen sensors. The parts were OEM and were the same as I would have got in the store, but they were much cheaper to buy with Parts Geek. As far as the shipping I received for my part, the oxygen sensors were listed as being “Free Ground Shipping,” but it took almost a month to get my parts. I ordered a catalytic converter from Parts Geek Wednesday the 3rd of Dec. 2014. Needless to say, I ordered a Walker brand catalytic converter which arrived Saturday Dec. 6th but it was the wrong brand… Not to mention I checked my credit card bill and noticed that I was charged a different price than what I thought. I bought a simple part that is not what I need for my car, I don't want money back just something else I can use. The part is new and un-opened. This company will not call you back and does not even list a phone number for customer service if you need to talk to someone. DON'T BUY HERE. Take your money to someone that respects you and NOT just your money. I have emailed them many times and all you get is this dumb boiler plate type response... Read more

I ordered a right side turn signal and received a left turn signal. I have been the last three weeks tring to get an exchange. Sent them all the info off box which is clearly marked left hand to no avail. This must be over seas operation with no understanding of some concepts, the worse company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I recently purchased vent shades (for the side windows) for my 2011 Sonata and when they arrived they were for a 2006+ Sonata. How an auto parts store does not know there was a major design change is beyond me...this is the business they are in? Now they will not reply to my email or answer the phone.
