I have been trying to return some parts for a refund or exchange for two/three weeks now and I've been promised a RMA and instructions and I haven't received anything since. Please have someone to contact me at (832) 232-1102 Thx

Well I thought I would save a few bucks by ordering shocks from Parts Geek to save $40 over dealer cost. Well we finally got around to pulling the old shocks off only to find out the parts I recieved where the wrong ones. I realize they have a 30 day return policy but we can not always put a commercial vehicle out of service for something as minor as worn shocks. I ordered replacement parking lights for my truck. First, I accidently ordered two driver side lights. I tried calling immediately but could not get through to anyone. Then I sent an email asking if I could get the correct part. I got a computer generated generic email stating I can not change my order. I give them money, they ship the part to who know where, then when I complain they send me a note saying that I will have to return the part to the same place that it was shipped from. What part? I never got it in the first place. Another place with nobody to talk to and if you have a problem, tough ***! Parts Geek shipped the wrong parts. They charged me for the shipment to my house and they refused to pay for the return shipment even though they made the mistake. DON'T do business with this company. They don't deserve to be in business the way they treat their customers. You will never be able to talk to a person on the phone. They don't answer. You have to use email and they take days to respond.. Then give you the WRONG... Read more

Bought eibrach spring and bar suspension kit for my 2011 VW gti FedEx brought one box I asked if there was another box they said no so I tried to contact parts geek and they would not email me back or fax me back and forget about calling that's a joke they don't even answer .
