well to start off i tried to call my order in because not sure what to get was on hold for four houres then do to high voulume calls would be told to call back this happend for two days so i placed order online.i ordered a transsmition gasket ans filter i needed it net day air because my friend that can do that had taken the day off to help me.so i complete the order and paid like 30 bucks for next day and 30 for parts because i needed them next day both of them the order went threw so great the next day the pan gasket arives and im like were is the filter i call the number on the email from order the lady from the trucking said shee doese not know anything have to call ups so i try to call parts geek line on hold all day so mad could not get through called next day same thing next day same thing so i fill out email saying o the one part did not have option to next day i said well it should said that or poped up it just let me order and here we are so i said can you refund the next day shipping what good is a pan gasket without filter you would think when a person orders that combo it would say something so i said i will never order from you again and got an e-mail back saying myfault and keep in mind still cant talk to human,lines still busy for five days you would think i could get human by then i would like my 30.00 refunded back to my card.thank you jason compagni
