PartsGeek.com is a place I will never buy replacement parts from again. January 2014, I ordered a radiator, and although I ordered everything correctly, they sent me the wrong one. (My mechanicโ€‹, confirmed this). Not only did I have to pay to ship it back, they charged me a 15% restocking fee, even though they messed up.

I gave them another chance last month and ordered a camshaft sensor for my son's car, and it was the wrong style with the wrong electrical connector. Again, I had to return it, and again, they charged me the restocking fee, even though they sent the wrong part to me! I appealed to them that I disputed the restocking fee, and after several emails back and forth, they told me they are standing beside their decision, which tells me they are just plain greedy.

You cannot reach them by phone at all, it all has to go through their web form.

So, if you are looking for replacement parts, just go to your local auto parts store - they usually get it right the first time, and there is no shipping or restocking fee on the rare occasion they might not.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $15.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

PartsGeek Pros: Parts selection, But they send you the wrong part, Have to pay to ship it back, Charge restocking fee.

PartsGeek Cons: Not as described, Shipping charges, Wrong part, Restocking fee on their mistake, Poor customer service.
