Partsgeek - Won't process refund
My part a tail light came just thrown in a box with no packing material. Naturally it was damaged so per their policy I called the shipper and they picked it up the next day. Contacted Parts Geek by e-mail since they do not answer a phone and expected a refund. Five weeks later and no refund. E-mailed them and they gave a B.S. line about needing pictures.
"Your order has been submitted for return; however, we requested a prepaid label be sent via e-mail to you to cover the return shipping costs. Photos may be required and upon the approval of our distributor, one will be issued and we will process your refund. You will be notified via e-mail the date it is submitted upon its receipt."
The part was returned by FedEx over 5 weeks ago but they want me to take pictures!
I bought the same part for $10.00 less from After Market Auto parts.
