I ordered six exhaust related parts from PARTSGEEK.COM and needed them quickly,so paid extra for two day shipping. When I received the parts,the main part needed(exhaust manifold)was broken.

I emailed the about my problem and received a email back"saying customer service will be contacting me" The emailed I received said,We don't locate my order that I placed or the reference # that they sent me. They need info.of the amount,parts,credit card used etc... My reply was that all I needed was to exchange the broken part for new one. They don't do exchanges,only returns.

Next email needed pictures of the broken part,so I sent pictures. Waited for a week and no reply. Now we I emailed back on the update. I got the same reply like the first one.

I emailed them asking for help to resolve this issue and show me some customer service and support. They reply with whom have I been emailing and who emailed me back. With that being asked didn't leave a name like the rest didn't leave a name.

Now I don't want any of the parts,but I might have to ship the parts to differant addresses. COMPLETE ***
