SO to make it short and sweet...worst company ever.I ordered two shocks for my truck.

One box had been ripped but everything was in it. The other was unopened and was missing the SHOCK. An empty box, really????? Morons.

Now with no phone number I had to email them. Said they would try to get a part or refund. Well they sent the next email saying I can return my product. Well there is no product to return!

You idiots could not even realize I did not get the part and I NEED a return.We will see where it goes from here.

Monetary Loss: $115.
