Partsgeek - Worst Customer Service EVER!
Shipped me the wrong oil pan.I went to put the new one on and it was not even close.
With my car on ramps, and no oil pan, I frantically looked all over the valley for a replacement. Finally found one at a wrecking yard an hour away. They told me my car takes the same oil pan as the year before and two years after my model. What makes me mad is instead of sending a label to ship their part back, they want me to ship it back on my dime.
Even though the mess up wasn't my fault.I will never do business with these guys again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $80.
