I ordered power window and fuel parts for a 66 Charger. Power window motor and regulator were wrong parts. No where close to what would fit a 66 Charger.

They WILL NOT ever answer the phone to talk to any sort of Customer Service. If you put the phone on speaker and do other things while waiting, their system will eventually hang up on you.

They finally replied to an email where I advised they sent wrong part and requested return instructions. Here is their policy:

1. Customer pays for return shipment.

2. Must be shipped back insured.

3. They keep 15% restocking fee.

4. You will wait 30 days for your credit.

They sent the wrong parts! Doing business with them cost me 15% of my order, shipping fee back and a long delay in locating the parts from a reputable dealer.

Nice business model.

1. Send wrong parts

2. Charge customer for shipping

3. Pocket $15 of every S100

4. Refuse to pay for return shipping.

Not a bad scam.

Preferred solution: I'll just do business elsewhere..
