Partsgeek - Wrong parts and no response
i purchased parts for my daughters p/u and they sent parts for a 2wd dr instead of a 4wd.The only way I could find a phone number was from my credit card company.
I guess they get too many complaints to answer the phone. I have sent them e-mail and gotten no response. I called several times and they put you on some lousy music until the phone goes dead or they just hang up on you..
I am going to contact my credit card company and file a dispute to get my money back, but this takes time and ties up several hundred dollars of my money.I will not do business with this company in the future.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $580.
Preferred solution: exchange for correct parts.
