i orderd rear rancho shocks for my expedition.received front shocks to a f150,after hunting around on different sites found a#,called but got a answering service stating they would get back but didnt,called sales dept.got someone told them wanted money back after reading several bad reviews,he said ok send parts back and we will fully reinburse for parts &shipping,well they didnt do anything till i got the credit card co involved then they only credited me 89$.the shocks were110&shipping was 12,then they charged15% for a restock fee,i guess they pull this *** all the time,dont do buisness with these crooks

Monetary Loss: $30.
