I bought new brake calipers through the company at a great price and exactly what I wanted. They were delivered from a local distributor, I paid for the parts and the $37.00 core charge.

Once I completed the installation of the new calipers, I requested my RMA number. The RMA number was emailed to me in short order. I packaged the parts as instructed and was ready to send them back when I realized they wanted me to ship the calipers from California to New York, rather than back to the local distributor. The cost to ship the cores to NY was $51.00 to $246.00 depending on when they would arrive, with no reimbursement of the shipping cost.

That means they are having me spend an additional$51.00, minimum, to get 37.00 back, ridiculous.

Cheaper to just rebuild the old calipers then deal with this silly core charge return. Wish I would have known this beforehand and saved myself the time, frustration, and money.

Reason of review: Pricey core return policy.

Monetary Loss: $37.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

PartsGeek Cons: Core return policy.
